She can, if she wishes, even force him into legal debt slavery.  As a man he will be socially expected to spend his life earning the approval of others while most likely failing to meet those expectations in a country which heavily revolves around male disposability. He will have less health care options and even refusal to certain programs on the grounds of having a penis, and he will die much earlier than his female counterpart. *Please note that by ‘boys’ I am referring to the male sex, not gender.
